Flugmodellbau Barth has just released the ultimate Waco kit.
The 1/3 scale YMF-5 spans 118 inches and weighs between 38 to 40
pounds. A 1/4 scale kit is also available. (See

The list of features
of this kit is long and impressive:

Engine
cowling, wheel pants, and all four ailerons with full
detailing.

Fairings
and pilot headrest are beautifully finished in fiberglass.

The
landing gear and upper wing supports are pre-bent and
soldered.

The
rudder and elevator are mounted with ball bearings!

The
four outer wing panels are mounted on aluminum tubes for quick
assembly.

All
hardware, including metal fittings, flying and landing wires,
operable turnbuckles, etc., are included.
