Our business
hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday. We're closed for lunch
each day between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM. (We're
located in the Pacific Coast USA time zone.)

we're not in the office. If we're not available when you call, please leave
us a detailed message and we'll return your call as soon as possible.

We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as personal and certified
bank checks. All personal checks submitted with order will require two
weeks to clear the bank. Unfortunately, we can no longer ship C.O.D.
International orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. All returned kits are subject to a 20%
restocking charge. Prices are subject to change without
notice.
We
currently do not have a secure web site with a shopping cart system for
placing orders online. Therefore, when placing credit card orders,
some of our customers will send us two FAXes or emails with their order
information, both of which contain only half (the first and last eight
digits) of the credit card number. While this method is not totally
secure, it greatly reduces the risk of compromising a credit card number

We strive to offer the lowest shipping costs available and check rates often. Since shipping rates and methods vary depending upon the destination and package size, we ask you to contact us for an accurate cost depending on method preferred and your location.
